  2. I also never knew why whole grains are better for you, but this was really helpful and now I know why. Oatmeal is something I love to eat for breakfast and after eating it I always feel good for the rest of the day!

  3. Good thing I eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast! Oatmeal always keeps me filled up for the morning and keeps my energy up for school and for the rest of the day. I knew oatmeal had lots of fiber but I didn't realize all of the other benefits whole grains could do for your body.
