Eating and Exercising

It's possible that during or after a workout you may feel sluggish or weak. Although this is normal and depends on the intensity of the work out, there are ways to help you feel energized after the activity. For the most part, what you eat before and after the work out will determine how you will end up feeling. It's important to eat the proper foods at the right time.
