It's hard to make sure your body is taking in the proper nutrients when you are a vegetarian.  Being a vegetarian can be healthy when you eat the proper meals that suplement the vitamins and minerals you no longer take in from the meat group. Here's a guideline that allows your body to be strong and healthy while being on a vegetarian diet.
