ReplyDeleteI'm back to inform you of my new water habits inspired by this blog post. I recently began drinking the required amount of water and instantly noticed an increase in energy and mood. I’ve also felt more alert in class during the day as opposed to tired and unfocused. These changes have motivated me to continue on with this water challenge to ultimately achieve all the bodily benefits due to proper water intake!
ReplyDeleteI'm at fault for not drinking enough water, I always go throughout the whole day without having anything to drink, and then push through at track ready to die of heat stroke because I'm dehydrated. If I wasn't in a good mood already from having to go to track then being dehydrated just adds to my overall happiness about the sport.
