Got Milk?

http://www.savvyhealth.com/disp.asp?doc_id=715

As many may know, milk is always a healthy beverage to drink...but in moderation. It contains important vitamins and minerals that help bones grow and stay strong and healthy. Drinking milk is most important to have during you childhood all the way up until 21 years of age once your body has fully developed. For people like me, who don’t enjoy milk as much, try taking a calcium supplement.

  1. I'm a huge milk fan, but sometimes I prefer some chocolate in there to add to the taste of it. I assume that its alright because I still am getting the calcium, but what do I know?

  2. I love drinking milk, but you can also get the benefits from it in other forms. I love eating greek yogurt, low-fat ice-cream, and I always have milk in my iced coffee. It is such an important part of my daily menu!
