eat breakfast!

It's not uncommon for people to skip breakfast due to rushing out of the door to get to work or school. But what people don't realize is how important breakfast really is. Some feel as if skipping breakfast will help them lose weight while in reality it can be the cause of weight gain. It also provides fuel to the brain and gets the metabolism going. Statistics show that those who eat breakfast perform better in school as well as in physical activities.

  1. I used to never eat breakfast in the morning because I was in such a rush and didn't think it was necessary. This year I began eating breakfast and it helped me stay awake in school and made me less hungry at lunch time

  2. I never eat breakfast, but on the days that I do I find myself a lot healthier and not feeling like I'm starving around 10:42.. I'm going to really try to eat breakfast daily so that my exercise routines work better! :)
