Dinner

From what I’ve heard in the past, people have told me that it is not good to eat dinner past 7:00 because your metabolism slows down when you go to bed. But, apparently these rumors are untrue. It is perfectly fine to eat dinner later on in the night. Your metabolism is always working and sleeping has no effect on slowing it down.

  1. I was always under the interpretation that eating late and during the nighttime was bad for you and would cause you to gain weight. It's interesting that even while your body is resting, your metabolism works at the same pace that is does during the day.
