Salmon is an awesome meal to eat up to twice a week. If you're looking to cut back in fatty meats that are on the heavier side, than salmon is definitely a dinner you would enjoy. Not only is it delicious but it contains many vitamins, proteins, and healthy fats that provide your body with energy and improves your immune system. Salmon also does not include factors such as carbohydrates or sugars and it low in calories.
I'm not a big fan of seafood, but I love salmon. I tried it when I was on vacation a few years ago and I've had it ever since. It's very healthy and it doesn't have a very fishy taste which is great!
