The Benefits of Veggie Burgers




Why choose a veggie burger over a regular burger? Well for those of you who don't know, or have not tried a veggie burger, they are quite delicious and can satisfy your taste buds just as much as a regular burger would. It's that time of the year where we often find ourselves BBQing with some friends and family. Grilling some veggie burgers can save you a lot of saturated fat, and extra calories that would be consumed into your body. While regular burgers have about 6 grams of fat, veggies burgers only have one.

  1. I always thought that veggie burgers wouldn't taste as good as a normal burger but I tried one and I was very wrong. There are so many different types of veggie burgers and they all taste so good! The fact that there are so many different types and they all taste a little bit different make them so much better than the same, plain burger.

  2. I have been a vegetarian for about a year and a half and I wish that I tried veggie burgers before that. They are so delicious and there are so many varieties! I love veggie burgers and they are so much healthier for you. The best is a veggie burger with avocado on wheat. It is so good and like Kim said, each veggie burger is a little different!
